  • On 27 September 2016 the Union Government had approved the name change on this date, Gurgaon was renamed Gurugram

  • Rapid Metro : There are eleven rapid metro stations which cover 11.7 kilometres , Interchange with Yellow line of Sikanderpur Metro station, Rapid Metro stations - Sikanderpur, DLF Phase 2, Vodafone Belvedere Towers, IndusInd Bank Cyber City, Micromax Moulsari Avenue, DLF Phase 3, DLF Phase 1, Sector 42-43, Sector 53-54, Sector 54 Chowk and Sector 55-56
  • Electricity in Gurgaon is provided by government-owned Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam  also known as DHBVN it’s owned by government of Haryana  and it’s head quarter located in Hisar City of Haryana.
